Abstaining from Fast Food Helps Your Marriage and Your Body

If you would like to keep a healthy entire body and a good marriage then do not eat fast food.  Yes, that is correct – I’m certain you’ll comprehend what I mean shortly when I state that fast food addiction increases your chance of requiring divorce lawyers.

Fast food makes you build up body fat like practically nothing else.  That’s simply because it’s loaded with unhealthy fats and sugar.

As your arteries clog up with fat your whole system begins to go down hill, yet that’s certainly not the only killer.

Think of the tension it causes on your finances. The typical fast food dinner costs roughly $7.  Now if you are in the practice of upsizing it’ll probably cost you $7.60 – yep, twice the fat for 10% added charge.  Now that is value!

For any family of perhaps, 2 grown ups and 3 children, that is a meal cost of $35.  Add to that another $5 for vehicle costs to get to the fast food store and back and that is an overall total meal cost of over $40.

So now, compare that with the other option of purchasing some nutritious food ingredients from the supermarket. That might cost you, say, $15 to feed two adults and 3 kids and possibly 30-40 minutes in order to prepare the meal.

Alright, I can understand that it’s not as convenient as buying fast food, but then the outcome of habitually eating fast food isn’t that convenient either.

To begin with, there is $25 you are conserving on every single fast food family meal.  For an addict, that adds up to $100 per week or $5000 per 12 months.  On top of that there’s the cost to your health and fitness.

The pressure of financial stress is often a big factor in separation and divorce, and as you are able to see, having a fast food addiction will contribute significantly to that stress. Could you imagine instead investing $5000 per year into your own marriage and family?

What about taking a $5000 annual pay cut in exchange for extra annual leave time.  That way you may get to devote some real timetogether and not become strangers under the same roof.

Just what else might a person do with an additional $5000 per year?  Pay off the home loan a lot faster? Take your husband or wife out to a fine eating place every fortnight and paying a baby sitter so that you are able to have some ‘together’ time?

So now I’m certain you’ll understand.  If you would like a fantastic marriage and want to hold the family lawyers away, keep away from fast food.  This is going to be a lot better to your body, your wallet and your marriage.
